Simplify Clinical Trial

Logo and identity

Branding, colateral design and artwork for Simplify, a Myelofibrosis clinical trial program by Gilead, that makes the intake of medication easier compared to other trials that require injections and a more complicated administration.

Simplify is a program that consists of 2 stages: Simplify 1 and Simplify 2. All the materials for both stages would be presented in a folder pack

The branding was required to follow Gilead’s parent brand elements such as typeface and colour palette, although a gradient was created to give it a feeling of depth. The mark is the abstraction of the molecule of momelotinib, which is the compound to be tested. Stylised with thin lines, giving a sense lightness, adding a 'bouncy' and active feeling to it through the use of different circle sizes and slightly random positioning. The brand is light and clean to convey the simplicity of the medication intake.
